Reading a blog for the first time can be overwhelming – wanting to understand the subtle references to previous life events but not knowing how or when to find them, and I want to make sure anyone who wants to know me through this medium gets to know me. This blog has gone through so many iterations in its few years: new boys and new friends and new life directions, that no matter where you start, you could find a different person, a different LB. But let’s be real – who even has time for that?!

Consider this the CliffsNotes to the Chronicle: If you’re going to start anywhere, start with these. These give the best history of my life since I started capturing it here, and these are a great place to get started if you want to keep reading this blog – which I hope you do! And you should, because I’m not saying it’s the best page on the internet, but in my expert opinion, it’s pretty damn close.

• The Worst Decision (Posted Feb. 3, 2014)
  This is the first-ever entry on this blog, so obviously it’s a good place to start. But on a deeper level – this story was the beginning of a period of growth that feels unparallelled. I don’t even know who that person is anymore who wrote the entry, but I’m so happy she was brave enough to put this all out there in an effort to move forward.

  This is a good overview of how yoga has completely and irrevocably changed my life for the absolute better.
